Last week I ordered pizza with my boyfriend. I messed up the online ordering, so my order didn’t go through, and I felt like a big idiot but the employees were super kind and made me feel better about it. They made sure to get the order ready ASAP and they were even kind enough to bring it out to our car while we waited. Way to go above and beyond! The pizza and breadsticks were absolutely delicious. 12 breadsticks for 5.99 too like you can’t beat that! We decided to get the chicken bbq pizza and it was so good. Definitely some of the best pizza I’ve had.
First time there. But others I was with go there often. I was definitely NOT disappointed.

Management was very kind and very Professional. Thank you Management for correcting the mistake. I had a problem while with an order I got while passing through Ohio. I called the store on the same day and the man I spoke to said ",keep your receipt": and the next time I come to the Lorain Ohio area I can get the order replaced. I said anytime? The manager said anytime I'm in the area and just keep my receipt. I kept my receipt. 10 1/2 months later, I called the store and they told me to call Corporate, I did. The woman who refused to give me her name was so rude, very disrespectful and even tried to insult my intelligence. She made several attempts to be little me for calling corporate 10 1/2 months later. I said I don't live in Ohio, when I made the purchase I was passing through. She then transferred me to a voicemail. Never had I been so disappointed from a corporate office. At least Tia at the store was very kind and and very professional. But not that woman in corporate. Will never go to another Happy's because of the rudeness and unprofessional of the Woman who took my call. You don't ever be little or put down or disrespect a customer. All I wanted was my order replaced, both fish dinners were cold, both pizzas didn't have have the correct items on them. Very disappointed . Thank you Tia in the Lorain store for being so professional and at least trying to assist me. But that Black African American woman in corporate was rude and very disrespectful
One of the best pizzas I've had since moving to Ohio. Their shrimp is also excellent. I could go on, but I'll sum it up by saying that I've yet to have a bad dish here, and I eat here at least twice a month. Protip: don't sleep on their banana pudding
This is one of my favorite spots for pizza, they also have a ton of other menu items. The wings, ribs, and cheesy bread are other delicious offerings. Don't believe the average 3.6 rating for these guys, the food is delicious!
A lot better since the last time I tried it several years ago!! Service wasn't great. Guy was on his phone with an earbud in his ear talking to someone in Arabic. I'm guessing he is the owner so that's not very professional. The pizza was great and I didn't have to wait long as I placed a to go order. About 10 minutes. Not bad at all!! Keep up the great work making pizzas, etc, but a smile would also help!
Drove out from Wakeman just to pick up dinner. Ordered the 2 Large 2 Topping pizzas for 25 & and order of the cheesy bread. Was ready in 15 mins and was hot. Very good pizza! Worth the drive. Will be a repeat customer.
